Our unique setting offers something truly special, exceptional Early Years education within a farm based environment. Our children experience the wonder of seeing ponies, pigs, chickens and rabbits while developing the skills they need for school and life, alongside friends of a similar age, under the supervision of an experienced, qualified team of practitioners.
Set in the beautiful Cotswolds countryside provide a warm, home from home environment where every child is known, valued and nurtured.
What makes us different is our unique combination of outstanding education, genuine outdoor experiences and the individual attention that comes from being part of our close-knit community.
Our setting is housed in beautifully converted farm buildings, with six distinct rooms tailored to small age ranges. Natural light fills every room, each designed with warmth, comfort and development in mind.
Outdoors, children enjoy secure play areas, a sensory garden, a vegetable patch, climbing frames and a dedicated bikes-and-trikes field. They learn how to feed animals, tend the vegetable patch and explore safe animal enclosures.
The neighbouring fields and woodland create the perfect backdrop for daily adventures, while indoors, cosy spaces offer quieter moments for messy play, craft, early reading and rest.
We care for children from 3 months to 5 years, with six dedicated rooms designed for each stage of development. Our practitioners are experienced and passionate about their specific age groups, supporting children’s Early Learning Goals through a balance of adult-led and child-initiated play.
Children progress through Ducklings, then Hoglets and Owlets, with each room tailored to their changing needs. From there, they move into Kits (24–36 months), before joining our two preschool rooms (Cubs and finally Fawns) each space carefully designed to support growing independence and school readiness.
From tiny Ducklings taking their first steps to curious Hoglets and Owlets discovering the world, gentle care and wonder-filled days on the farm.
Cubs and Fawns prepare for school through play-based learning, outdoor adventures and the social skills that set them up for success in Reception and beyond.
When the school gates close for the holidays, the Manor Farm gates open wide. Our Holiday Club welcomes primary school–aged children from 07:30–18:00, Monday to Friday, for days filled with outdoor adventures, creative projects and exciting visits from guests such as ZooLab, Fun Science Dave, inflatable obstacle courses, pony rides, quad bike sessions and more.
From caring for our animals to building dens in the woods, every day offers new discoveries and the chance to meet new friends or reconnect with schoolmates, all in the fresh country air while parents are busy or working. It’s where friendships flourish, imaginations run wild and children head home happily exhausted with stories to tell.
